WATERSIDE KEY POLICY Please Note 1. Keys will only be given out to authorized members 2. 3. 4. 2007 -02 -06 (directors, manager & staff). Authorized personnel may enter a unit in an emergency, such as fire, flooding, injury, death, or for a planned project. Sign-out sheet will be posted on the Office key box; all authorized persons must sign out for keys. Keys need to be returned to the Office by the end of the same business day by 4: 00 p. m.

WATERSIDE KEY POLICY Please Note 5. The key cabinet in the Office will be locked at all 6. 7. 2007 -02 -06 times. If you request interior pest control by the exterminator, the Office will sign out a key to the exterminator.
