Grading Your student’s grade will be based on the number of points they receive from participation (bellwork, classwork, & homework) and mastery tasks such as quizzes and tests. Obviously a zero will hurt; so all assignments must be turned in on time. n Grades are based on a weighted scale n Bellwork, Classwork, Homework – 40% n Quizzes & Tests – 60% n

Late Work n Homework must be turned in on the due date; no late

Late Work n Homework must be turned in on the due date; no late work will be accepted unless discussed and agreed upon by me ahead of time. If your student is absent it is THEIR responsibility to find out what they missed. If they are absent the day an assignment is due, it is due the next day upon their return. “My computer/printer isn’t working” is not an excuse and will not be accepted.
