White Coat Ceremony � Held October 7, 2015 � All BSN students entering 2015 � Celebrates entry into professional clinical practice & the responsibility goes with it � UF logo embroidered will be presented to you
Clinical Agency Requirements � � � VERY Important Required by legal contract with each facility to be in compliance Review clinical agency requirements for each institution › Each has different requirements & timetables Require you to keep up with your Certified. Background account and keep each requirement up to date › Get email notifications from CB periodically, ensure they have correct email address › You are responsible for monitoring your status & keeping current › If you hear from Student Affairs, removal from clinical is imminent Have to be current every semester Often short turnaround times › Promptly complete
