Career Center customers must have a complete customer record (Employability Profile) entered into OSOS within 5 days of receiving an Initial Assessment. Next
The information included in the Employability Profile enhances the customer’s employment options by: • • • Ensuring a proper assessment Forming the basis for a quality resume Improving job matching and referral services Next
The Employability Profile requires data entry in 4 OSOS tabs: • • General Information Objective Work History Education/License Next
General Information Tab The ‘Customer Assignment’ section must be updated to the name of the staff person and office providing services to the customer. The default entries, “TCC, Update” and “TCC Batch Job”, must be changed. Next
Objective Tab The ‘Employment Objective’ and ‘Desired O*Net’ sections must be updated. After conferring with the customer, you must replace any default entries with an appropriate objective. Next
