Now you are officially licensed even though we have not received your “pocket cards”. You will now need to join the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS, and the Multiple Listing Service. (GGAR & MLS) The GGAR & MLS Applications are here in your new agent folder, and if not, Cindy and Lynda will have copies at the Market Center. These applications require your business data, such as business email and phone, which you now have from your set up by SLM. Two signatures are required as well; Lynda’s signature as our Broker In Charge (BIC), and yours. You will need to be prepared with your method of payment to join these organizations.
