Independent Study • Students have timetabled and supervised independent study lessons to support their learning and ensure progress • We encourage and support our Sixth Form students in becoming independent learners by: • Providing an environment for learning • 50 computers • Private study booths • Academic textbooks • Study materials • Study skill sessions and ideas • Two excellent study supervisors, who use My PLC, data drops and more to support students. • Extra supervised study after school until 5 pm

Enrichment Places for university courses, apprenticeships and jobs are increasingly competitive. A good set of grades will not always be enough and students need to do all they can to strengthen their personal statement/CV and gain the EDGE over their competitors and stand out from the crowd! Year 12 & 13 are role models to younger years. Every Wednesday Period 5 Year 12 students will be completing one of the following options for enrichment v Future Learn – University short courses v Aspire Group v Music v Sports Academy - Leyton Orient Football/Basketball NASSA v Revision Support Programme – also for resit Maths and English students
