The Blue and Gold Banquet can be an opportunity for parents to get involved – a great time for parents to recognize the Cubmaster, Den Leaders, and other parents that have made a significant contribution 2. What plans do you have for your next Blue and Gold Banquet? 3. What are you doing to adjust for Covid situation? 4. Does your Pack have what you consider a great Blue and Gold Banquet? If so, share what makes it so special. 5. What specific things do you do right to make your Blue and Gold successful? 6. What is the greatest challenge with your Blue and Gold? Scouts BSA Breakout Discussion 1. Great programming leads to advancement (not like school) 2. What do we do best regarding advancement and how can we make that even better? 3. What are the causes for any lack of advancement in our troops and what can we do about that?
