• Fan control: • IDP 5 ton: has 2 stage fan control, controlled via Y 1/Y 2 thermostat calls • IDP 3 ton: has 4 stage fan control, controlled via difference between return air temp (new sensor T 1) & “estimated” thermostat set point (T 1 reading when thermostat was last satisfied) • Dehumidification: • IDP 5 ton: Fan downstages to “low” speed with DH call from thermostat • IDP 3 ton: Fan downstages to lowest fan speed, evaporator target temperature reduced by 2°F • High static certification: • IDP 5 ton: at this time does not have high static (mobile home) UL rating • IDP 3 ton: DOES have high static (mobile home) UL rating upon launch of product • Required thermostat: • IDP 5 ton: can work with either one or two stage HP thermostats, but 2 stage fan logic will only work if used with 2 stage thermostat 15 • IDP 3 ton: can work with a single stage HP thermostat and will still work in 4 stage fan control TT/SNA-MKT | 19. 03. 2019 © 2019 Robert Bosch LLC and affiliates.
