CAUTION: Do Not Use this service if you are a Law Student or a student of non-degree continuing education • Law students should NOT use this site to request transcripts. Instead visit http: //weblaw. barry. edu/departments/registrar/default. htm to request transcripts. • Students of non-degree Continuing Education Programs including EMT and the Fire Officer Program should NOT use this site to request transcripts. Important Information • All balances must be cleared with the Cashier Business Office (CBO) in order to be eligible to request transcripts. If the request is submitted while an outstanding balance is present, the request will NOT be processed. • Be prepared to provide your Barry student ID. If you choose to use your social security number, your order will be delayed. • Verify your semester grades in webadvisor prior to submitting your transcript request ALLOW 4 - 6 WEEKS FROM COMMENCEMENT DATE FOR GRADUATION TO BE POSTED ON TRANSCRIPT. • A credit card is required for all transcript orders • You must have a consent form on file. Carefully review the consent form instructions below

Special Instructions • Transcripts to be sent to a scholarship provider to cover an existing balance must be sent directly to the scholarship provider either by mail or to an official email address (not Hotmail, Gmail, etc. ). Be sure to provide the correct mailing address. • Dates of attendance do not need to be exact. Approximate dates are needed to determine if you attended prior to 1990. Transcripts for dates attended before 1989 are generated from microfilm and will only be sent by mail to improve quality. Please allow additional time to process transcripts if you attended before 1990. • If you wish to have your social security number printed on the transcript, please indicate this in the comments. The full SSN will be printed on your transcript.

Selecting the Delivery Method • If you are requesting an electronic transcript to be sent to an individual at an institution in the network, you must enter the individual’s name and email address. Do not select the institution because the transcript will be sent to the institution’s general transcript account. • If you would like to pick-up a transcript from the Registrar's Office do not select the email option. Provide your address information and continue to the next screen where you can select to pick-up the transcript. • Transcripts being sent to the Florida Department of Education should be mailed, do NOT request electronic transcripts.

Consent Form Instructions • Federal Law requires a signed (pen to paper signature) Consent Form* before orders can be processed by the school. Once received and approved, the Consent Form satisfies the account requirements and does not need to be re-submitted for future orders. • *The Consent Form authorizes this system to act as the ordering agent for you and gives permission for your transcripts to be released as requested by you. • Complete the consent form, and be sure to list the account number appearing at the top right corner of the screen. Do not use your Barry ID or SSN or your consent form will be rejected. The consent form must be submitted within 14 days or your order will be cancelled. • When filling out the consent form, be sure to list your account number appearing at the top right corner of the screen. Additional Notes • Transcripts are sent by U. S. First Class Mail.
