What is IQWST? A research based curriculum that aligns with NGSS. Covers each discipline: Physics, Chemistry, Life Science & Earth Science. Engages students in scientific practices as they experience, investigate and explain phenomena while learning core ideas of science. Builds understanding by connecting ideas across disciplines 6 th – 8 th grade.
7 th Grade units Chemistry – How Can I Make New Stuff from Old Stuff? Life Science – What is Going on Inside Me? Physical Science – Why Do Some Things Stop While Others Keep Going? STEM activities and engineering challenges will also be included.

Organization Set aside time for your child to organize their materials. Check to make sure they have the needed supplies.
Teach advocacy! Everyone’s ultimate goal is for the student to express what they need to be successful. Have your student practice this with the Team 7 B teachers. We support students who speak for their education!
