Discussion Habits to maintain a healthy body v Taking care of your body helps you avoid diseases and illnesses. v It can also help improve your over-all well being. 1. Good Nutrition Food supplies your body with energy. Food helps your body grow healthy and strong. Junk food must be avoided.

Discussion 2. Rest and Daily Exercise It is important for you to maintain daily exercise in order to keep you healthy and strong. Without exercise, there is a risk of becoming overweight and developing diseases of the body. However, exercise alone is not enough to have a healthy and fit body.
