Our CAMPEP Report The objectives of the medical physics program are (1) to deliver a core medical physics program that embodies the content and spirit of American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Report 197 Academic Program Recommendations for Graduate Degrees in Medical Physics; (2) to provide students with opportunities for advanced didactic, clinical and research training in the imaging sciences and radiation oncology; and, (3) to instill in program graduates an awareness of the ethical and professional responsibilities necessary for the clinical practice of medical physics.
