Attendance ◦ 3 unexcused absences will result in dismissal of membership ◦ Attendance is required at all PHS meetings

Behavior ◦ Inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated. ◦ Respect sponsor, board members, other members, and teachers. ◦ Social media ◦ Behavior violation will result in automatic dismissal.

Points ◦ 30 points total to receive honor cord ◦ 15 points by first semester for both seniors and juniors ◦ Juniors must obtain 30 points in order to continue in the club or run for officer position.

Academics ◦ All members must maintain an unweighted GPA of 3. 0

Disobedience to guidelines ◦ Warning letters will be distributed to individuals who do not abide by the guidelines ◦ Dismissal letters are the next step.

PHS Fees ◦ $25. 00 PHS fee which includes t-shirt and induction fee (Rho Kappa). ◦ If the induction fee was paid last year, your PHS fee will be $20. 00 ◦ NON-REFUNDABLE ◦ Be aware there may be extra fees when attending field trips, walks, fundraisers, etc. CLUB FEES WILL BE COLLECTED ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 18, 2016 AT 2: 30 IN RM. 316
