Meet Your Teachers Hello Owl Family my name is Connie Walters and I am your Pre-K teacher here at OKE. This will be my 10 th year teaching Pre-K and I love to engage and create with the world’s youngest learners. I strive to promote learning through social, cognitive and emotional development. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Mercer University. My husband I have two grown sons and four granddaughters who we love and adore. Let’s make it a great year of learning!!! Hi My name is Shannon Fowler. I am the Paraprofessional in Pre-k. This is my 20 th year teaching and my 3 rd year at OKE. It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my students. I absolutely love teaching. My Husband I have three boys and nine grandchildren. I love spending time with my family. I am thrilled to be your teacher! I’m looking forward to a year of learning and adventures!

Virtual Classroom Rules § Please make sure students are in a quiet space/room during online session. § § Please make sure students are sitting at a table. Please make sure students mics are muted until students names are called. § Teachers will also teach students how to mute and unmute their mic’s. § Raise your hand when you want to speak or have a question. § § Please make sure you are on time for your sessions. The first couple of weeks students will learn how to use their devices.
