NTREIS MLS Listings will be seen on the Immobel portal

Here is what a listing would look like in English

The same listings, now in Spanish

The same listings, now in German

The same listings, now in Chinese

Why is Immobel the choice of Top REALTOR® Organizations? QUALITY! • Unlike “translation engines” immobel never uses machine translation. • We never do “translation on the fly”. • immobel results are PREDICTABLE, CONTROLLABLE and RELIABLE • We never compromise the quality of your data.

Your clients will be impressed when you use this new free service provided by NTREIS!

Immobel. com brings clients to your members that they never reached before! You may never have thought about it, but clients who do not speak English, don’t use English language search engines. This means English language web sites, and even major Real Estate portals, are INVISIBLE to these valuable clients. So how can you reach them? …………. .

Your clients will now find you using the search engines in their own language! • When a client visits Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista, or Lycos, he/she can use those services in a number of languages. • For the most part, foreign search engines do not recognize English language web sites, and do not offer those web sites in search results. So even if you are on the World Wide Web, you are not likely to be found by these clients if your listings are just in English.

• Now, a client making a search for real estate in the USA, using any of 13 languages will find your members through the immobel. com Global Real Estate Portal. • Because we show a million listings in each language, we get top ratings by search engines • This brings a lot of traffic to our portal; about 50, 000 unique visitors per day, and in turn, those visitors will now see your listings.

A client using Spanish Google, finds immobel……and you!

A client using French Google, finds immobel……and you!

A client using Italian Lycos finds immobel……and you!

A Brazilian client using Alta Vista finds immobel……and you!

A client using German Google finds immobel……and you!

How does this bring business? • Once a client is directed to the immobel. com Global Real Estate Portal, they will link back to your listings, and then to your web sites. • Keeping you at the center of the transaction is our business. • Bringing you new customers is our business, too.

One more way immobel can help you do more business: Listings! In some areas, it is getting harder to show sellers why they need to list with REALTORS®. Between FSBO sites and cut-rate services, many REALTORS® have seen listings diminish. Immobel can give your members some great ammunition! A listing presentation that features a Global Marketing campaign, in 13 languages, is a powerful listings tool!

IDX WEBSITES • NTREIS now offers multi-language IDX web sites for members. • The entire MLS ( subject to local rules and Broker permissions ) can be shown on your own individual IDX web sites, in all 13 languages! • Can be linked to existing web sites, or can stand alone, like this web site for a top REALTOR® in Florida……………

This is an example of the IDX web sites your members receive!
