ADJECTIVE An adjective is a word which qualifies a noun or a pronoun or which adds something to its meaning so, an adjective is a qualifying word. An adjective is a word that describes a noun. Nouns are words that name a place, a person, a thing, or an idea. An adjective is a word that gives more information about the noun that goes with it. It is a part of speech. Each, Every etc. Possessive Adjective Eg. My, our, His, Her, Their, Your etc. Interrogative Adjective = Which book do you like? Demostrative Adjective = This book is very fine. Distributive Adjective = Each boy is responsible, Possessive Adjective = This is her book which you gave me yesterday.
