THE RESOURCE CLASSROOM Although this year brings unique challenges because of the Covid-19 pandemic

THE RESOURCE CLASSROOM Although this year brings unique challenges because of the Covid-19 pandemic the basic structure of the school day remains the same with respect to Special Education Resource services. Each student’s IEP will be followed as written. Students who are being taught on campus will continue to come to the resource room for services. We have specific curriculums for reading and math, will work on individual IEP goals and I will assist each student with difficulties they may be having in the general education classroom for both on campus and virtual students. Virtual students will be served via Schoology for the amount of time as written in their IEP. Other means of delivering instruction and communication may also be used such as Remind and Class Dojo apps, texts, emails, phone calls and more.
