Year 7 Girls Football Team Year 7 girls won the 5 a side district tournament and will represent Brighton & Hove at the National finals at Copper Box Arena London. 9 a side Local derby V Dorothy Stringer 3 -1 home win!!

Year 7 Mixed Hockey Team Mixed Hockey at Varndean on Wednesdays. Well done to the year 7 s in their first tournament at Blatchington Mill

Year 7 & 8 Boys Table Tennis The boys won the East Sussex U 13 Table tennis Championships. They will now go on to play in the South of England Finals in London.

Sporting Success Ms Whitby – Girls’ Netball and Fitness Club I have a very keen Yr 7 netball squad who have shown great commitment to practices and matches to date. I don't have photos yet but will try to take a few next week. I also have around 12 -15 regular yr 7 girls who come to fitness club so some great input and enthusiasm! Mrs Mac. Donald And Ms Thomas - Dance The year 7 groups that both Louise and myself have taught so far this year have been an absolute delight. They are enthusiastic, polite, hard working and have an excellent thirst for learning! The inter-school dance competition saw many excellent entries from all schools and students then in the final. There are many year 7 s taking part in our extra -curricular dance programme learning street dance with our professional street dance artist and also some who are now in the junior dance company.
