Welcome to “Introducing the Bio. Scan MSA” with Dr. Singleton & Ellen Johnson

First things first… Let’s talk about how Dr. Todd Singleton started adding this technology to his office.

Bio. Scan. MSA Meridian Assessment System

What is the Bio Scan MSA? Meridian Stress Assessment Testing Device • An EAV device that merges Voll’s Theory of Conductance with Reckeweg’s Chart of Homotoxicology that can help identify stressors to the body to customize a nutritional protocol for support; • FDA Class IIa medical device used to assess bio-impedance measurements at Acu. Points to determine stressed and weak systems or organs requiring support.

How does the MSA work? • It creates a circuit like an EKG or EEG using a highly sensitive ohmmeter. • It measures the impedance of the continuous flow of energy between each meridian point and organ. • It plots the collected data on the graph according to areas that are stressed, balanced, or weakened!

Conductive points, called Acu. Points, correlate with acupuncture points located on the hands and feet. These are traditionally associated with specific body systems.

• The System emits a very low current on various Acu. Point locations on the hands and feet. • Then the built-in ohmmeter is used to determine the functional status of the organs and systems associated with these meridian pathways by measuring the impedance of the current as it travels through the related meridian to the Acu. Point. • The speed of this transmission is then correlated to a Voll reading of 0 -100 and plotted on a colorful and easy-to-read graph!

Then What Happens? • Software program plots the data collected by the practitioner during the point testing. • Plots that data by organ and phase of health. • Provides colorful and easy-toread chart for practitioner to discuss Report of Findings with the patient. • Practitioner can then select and customize protocol for that patient from electronic library within the program.

Safe and Effective • The Bioscan MSA is safe and effective for adults and children of all ages. • IHT does not support the use of this system on pregnant patients or those with pacemakers or other implanted electrical devices. • The testing is objective, repeatable, noninvasive, and can be performed by you or your technician in a few minutes!

How do I implement the Bio Scan in my office? “The Bio. Scan MSA System should be used on every patient that walks through your door along side the symptom assessment and to provide a baseline for functional support of all organs and systems of each patient. ”

• Every patient can benefit from the Bio. Scan MSA System comprehensive organ and system analysis; • Objectively identifies the organs and systems which require nutritional support. • Historical comparison charts can help practitioner and patient track results and new requirements for changing functional support.

How to use the Bio Scan MSA as a compliment to the Club Reduce Symptom Assessment…

The Bio Scan MSA allows you to use both objective and subjective data to present the patient with precise nutritional counseling. The duplicable test results will give your patients additional confidence and a means to measure and track their progress over several months.

“Will my patients see improvement? ” • When you give the body the right nutrient support at the right time, patients see improvements quickly. • The Bio. Scan. MSA gives you the information you need to target the functional support required for that patient! • You can be held accountable for the efficacy of your protocol by the results of the tests from the Bio. Scan. MSA!

“How long do the visits take? ” • Typical first visit and scan will take approximately 45 minutes in order to fully discuss the meaning of the baseline assessment and suggested first nutritional protocol. • Follow up visits take approximately 30 minutes and are typically done after 60 days depending upon the length of the nutritional protocol you prescribe.

What could be the impact on your nutritional program in your office? According to an independent third party report of actual usage of this System, practitioners currently using an IHT device with customized nutritional protocols for each patient: • Increased their sales of nutritional products by over 300% • Increased their average dollar volume of nutritional products by 300% • Using the patient reports increased the compliance to the protocol by over 500% • The time saved by using the Nutritional reports enabled the practitioner to spend more time with the patient explaining the details of compliance to the protocols and the benefits of that to the patient.

What is the cost of a Bio. Scan Test for a Patient? • Typical charges for first visit average $150/visit with many offices applying $100 to the supplement purchase. • Follow up visits can range $50 -$75 • Packages of 6 visits, for example, can be organized for condition specific protocols, eg, hormone imbalance, fibromyalgia, etc.

What does the Bio. Scan. MSA System include? • Vantage Pro system with easy to use MSA Software; • Built in highly sensitive Ohmmeter. • USB cord for connection to your computer. • All cables and wires, power supply and accessories required to effectively and efficiently use the point testing and create nutritional protocols. • 2 day Basic Training for use of System. • Hardware and Software Warranty & Support during normal IHT business hours. • On-going Software upgrades.
