Goal OF IRT To develop graduates for entry level positions in manufacturing and to develop their individual career pathways in the field of Advanced Manufacturing IRT is the first step in your manufacturing career

GENERAL SCHEDULE • Week One: OSHA 10 And Soft Skills • WEEK TWO: TECH WEEK • WEEK THREE: RESUME/INTERVIEW, CAREER AND COPING SKILLS, AND ASSESSMENTS • WEEK FOUR: CONTINUED ASSESSMENTS, POST WORKKEYS AND GRADUATION
Curriculum
attendance EXPECTATION Participants must attend every class to complete the program Class starts AT 12 pm!!! Arrive by 11: 45 am to ensure you are ready for class to begin!!! Return from breaks on time!!!
ELECTRONIC DEVICE POLICY Electronic Devices are NOT permitted during class Phones must be kept on vibrate and emergency calls ONLY taken in the hallway NO texting during class
Drug Free Policy Drugs are not permitted in the workplace nor are they permitted during ncsc programming!!!
Workplace Proper Attire • Closed-toe shoes • No tank tops • No shorts • Shirts with sleeves
OUR EXPECTATIONS • Commitment to independent online Key.
