First Day of Kindergarten!!! • Students ride the bus by themselves. • Parents can help students bring items into the classroom for the first few minutes.

Arrival/Departure • UDSD Transportation 610 -352 -7112. Transportation provided for PM program only. • School begins at 8: 50/12: 35 • Drop off procedures for a. m. /p. m. • Prompt pick-up at school and the bus stop are very important.

Help your child prepare by: • Practicing with belts, buttons and zippers • Reviewing opening and closing school bags • Encouraging independence with opening and cleaning up snack • Practicing proper bathroom etiquette • Discussing the role of the teacher as the leader and the role of the student as the listener and follower of rules
