Absences • Call the office before 9: 00 a. m. • Send a written excuse when your child returns • We will send work with a sibling, neighbor, or place in office to be picked up • According to school board policy, if a child is absent due to vacation, the absence is considered unexcused. The teachers will not prepare work ahead of time. We will, however, save all work that was missed while the student was absent. He/she will have time to complete work upon return.

Personal Devices • If your child needs to contact you during the day, they will use a school phone. • Students caught playing with personal devices during the day will have the device confiscated. A parent will have to come in to retrieve it. • Students may use devices at 3: 00 p. m.
