RSS Attendance History Report https: //cloudcme. zendesk. com/hc/enus/articles/115004749683 -RSS-Attendance. History-Report
• The RSS Attendance History report provides data on Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) attendance with attendance numbers.
To access this report, from the main menu, go to Reports > Credits - RSS Attendance History.
Enter the name of the Regularly Scheduled Series in the activity search field. Narrow the search results by providing a First Credit Date and a Last Credit Date. Enter the search criteria and click the Run Report button.
The plot chart will display the actual attendance numbers.
The attendance data can show from each child id number activity. Each can be exported to excel also.
Unique Participants tab will display the unique attendees to your RSS over the time period.

How to get there:
To Run a Cloud. CME systemwide report: This shows ALL activities and ALL credit types in the date range
To run a report for your RSS: Type your RSS name here Pick your date range You can export the file in several file types found here
How many occurrences of claiming credit, not true number of individuals

The Credits report displays the continuing education credits that have been awarded between a specific time frame for all activities, specific activities, or for a particular user. Set date range Type RSS here OR search by attendee

Evaluations & Test Results Report
Evaluations Report • This report pulls evaluation results for activities that have a Cloud. CME evaluation attached • The only RSS’s that currently have an evaluation attached are those that offer pharmacy (ACPE) credit. • Evaluations for RSS’s • As a standard rule we do not attach Cloud. CME evaluations to RSS’s • IPCE requires each RSS to evaluate its participants at least once each year • This will generally be done outside of the Cloud. CME system

Test Results Report • If there is a post-test (or poll questions) associated with an RSS this is where to pull those results • Reach out to IPCE if you’d like to utilize Cloud. CME’s posttest/polling capabilities

Learning from Teaching (LFT) Remember: • Learning from Teaching can only be sent to MD’s and DO’s for AMA accredited events. • If the event only has nursing credit we don’t send out LFT even if physicians were presenting. • We also don’t award LFT credit to physicians teaching at AMA events accredited by other providers. • We only send LFT to Intermountain Healthcare AMA accredited education taught by physicians.
