What is the Mi. Elite Experience Michigan Elite Gives Back For the 2020 season, we are asking all of our Michigan Elite teams to select an organization that they would like to “Give Back”. This program will allow our athletes an opportunity to impact the lives of others. We want our youth athletes to grow as volleyball players on the court and in their communities.

Payments and Fees ▪ Everyone MUST be registered online. ▪ Paid deposit: Remaining payments automatically withdrawn 11 th of the month – Regional – January 11 th – Other Levels – December through March ▪ No payment (failed, not up to date, missed NO PLAY in practice or tournaments ▪ Edits: – CANNOT edit amount or payment plan once registration is completed – You CAN change the card that is used for the payment plan ▪ Log in to your account > Upper Left > Registrations > Order > Edit Method of Payment ▪ **Next payment taken out at the time of editing – recommend editing 10 th before payment taken Questions? Elite Medical Release ▪ JVA Medical Release (not needed for Regional) ▪ USAV Registration ▪ USAV Medical Release All forms on website, Resources > Quick Links Parent Contract, Player Commandments, Copy of Insurance card part of registration, do not need to be printed

Travel and Hotel All hotel blocks AND Tournament Information Pages found on our website > Resources > Hotels & Travel • Volleyfest & States Securing as many rooms as we could – but book early, because we can’t guarantee more rooms through Mi. Elite blocks! Otherwise, can go through the GR Housing or on own • Stay to Play Events – Qualifiers and Central Zone Invite Listed on the block. It is REQUIRED to stay here for your team to be eligible • AAU Nationals - Florida Michigan Elite only has a small block right now. You are free to stay with family, a condo, timeshare, etc. IF the block fills, we will work to secure more rooms • Book early and ASAP! All blocks are ready! Some cutoff dates already approaching If block fills, we can try to secure more if still 6+ weeks out

Team and Parent Roles ▪ Admin – Help collect paperwork – Help with schedules & communication – Check Mizuno gear – Collect cell phones – Team “Veteran Parent” ▪ Food – Organize if team opts to do potlucks or dinners ▪ First Aid – Put together a small first aid kit for tournaments ▪ Travel (not needed for Regional) – Point of contact for team with Kristin (any hotel updates/changes/news) – NOT responsible to book whole team’s rooms or coach’s room ▪ Video (Mizuno & Elite National 1218 u) – Video record matches and upload to HUDL

Policies Michigan Elite WILL NOT tolerate ▪ BULLYING ▪ VAPING ▪ DRUGS & ALCOHOL ▪ Violation of this policies can/will result in dismissal from the club.
