IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM FOOD PANTRY COMMITTEE…HELP NEEDED! We have served numerous families over the past few months. Therefore, the Church Food Pantry is in need of food to replenish the shelves. Please help us by bringing canned soups, spaghetti, macaroni, pastas, canned meats, juice, etc. to help restock the pantry in order that we can continue to serve our community. IMPORTANT – 2018 GUATEMALA MISSIONS: A Guatemala Mission Project is planned for June 19 -26. 2018. Please contact Josh Mc. Daniel if you would like more information regarding the project or to serve as a member on this evangelistic mission team from Notchey Creek Baptist Church. He needs to have a list of mission team members put together as soon as possible.
WMU News Hand soap, shampoo, deodorant, paper products and laundry detergent are being collected for the men and women that are residents at Tennessee Baptist Adult Homes, Rainbow Acres, Knoxville. These supplies can be dropped off in the WMU room.
WMU News We have extra pecans, mixed, cashews and walnuts available (while they last) at $8. 00 per bag. Please be sure to pay DEBBIE Mc. DANIEL or KAREN Mc. DANIEL for any previously ordered bags of nuts or any additional bags of nuts picked up. They have a list of all orders that have been filled.
Attention all women! Women’s Bible Study on Mondays at 6: 30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We are studying the Book of Acts.
IMPORTANT… Please do not park in the first row of parking spaces across from the Pavilion during Sunday evening or Wednesday evening services or special church events. This is requested as an extra safety precaution for our children and drivers.
Just a reminder… The corner next to our church (Old Highway 68 and Belcher Gap) is a four -way stop. Be sure to stop for safety’s sake…and because everything we do is part of our testimony, including whether or not we obey traffic laws!
