WHO QUALIFIES FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT AT GGC Dual Enrollment Admission Criteria For Spring 2021, Summer 2021, and Fall 2021 • By the first day of semester at GGC: – must be 16 years of age – must be an 11 th or 12 th grade student • Be on-track for completing all high school graduation requirements • Be on-track for completing the USG’s Required High School Curriculum (RHSC) • Have a 3. 25 High School GPA as calculated by GGC Admissions on the RHSC courses completed • Meet all other dual enrollment admission requirements • Meet GSFC’s Dual Enrollment funding Program eligibility (details on GAfutures site: gafutures. org)

WHO QUALIFIES FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT AT GGC Test Scores • Exempt the test score requirement by successfully completing two units of RHSC English and successfully completing *RHSC Algebra II or the equivalent prior to the start of the Dual Enrollment Term • Applicants who do not meet the test score exemption or does not attend a regionally accredited high school are required to meet one of the following minimum test scores for both English and Math: – English o SAT Evidence Based Reading and Writing: 500 o ACT English: 21 o Accuplacer Write. Placer: 4 and Reading Comprehension: 237 – Math o SAT Math: 510 o ACT Math: 20 o Accuplacer Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra, and Statistics: 266 Students who do not attend a regionally accredited high school or home school program are required to submit a Home School Portfolio.
