COLLEGE CREDIT FOR PLTW COURSES Each “Core” Biomedical Course offers the option of college credit! Student eligibility: • At least 80% in the biomedical course class grade • Final exam with minimum stanine score of 4 Forms of College Credit Articulated College Credit (ACC) • Managed online through personal student accounts • Specific to articulated colleges • Some colleges will accept ACC as ELECTIVE credit when requested! • FREE! Transcripted College Credit • • Placed on the students permanent college transcript Eligibility form generated by school to student for their option to complete and turn in to the college Transferable $100 for 3 college credits

LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Curriculum • Utilized in the class • Internet-based, so accessible where there is internet! • Learning Activities and Lessons are posted here • Assignments are submitted here • Ask your student(s) to log in for you or provide you with their credentials to check their work or assist them with assignments at home • Google Docs: Using the students Anoka-Hennepin issued log in, students will work individually or in groups to create and submit assignments electronically.

ACTIVITIES AND BUSSING We encourage students to participate in a wide selection of sports and clubs at CRHS. All students have access to activity (5: 15 p. m. ) busses! • In-CRHS-boundary; busses meet outside the cafeteria door • Out-of-boundary; request the activation of a bus route in advance of the need and one will be provided as soon as a route is scheduled – See Ms. Sams
