Presentation Comments For each presentation, fill-out a quarter-sheet of paper where you give your thoughts about the following topics: • Oral Delivery & Engagement with the Audience • Visual Aids No need to review your own • Information/Content Presented presentation. • Other Comments Be sure that you: • Give details about your thoughts about the topics. • Refrain from writing one-word answers. • Write comments that are specific to the presentation and not generic ones that could be given for any presentation. • Give full sentences that answer the question, “Why did you feel this way? ” • Use positive language. When giving suggestions, make sure they are helpful, give ideas for improvement, and are not mean/rude.

Finals Note: the Midterm and Finals are worth 20% of your total grade for English A. Take-Home Final (100 -points) • Requirements • Timeline: • 5/28/19 • Rough draft due: this will be peer reviewed • 6/6/19 • Due in-person & on Canvas. • No late submissions will be accepted. • There will be no assigned drafts for tutors to look at, but you may have drafts ready and/or ask for their help on 5/23/19 & 5/30/19 (along with your Re-Writes). In-Class Final (80 -points) • Administered during class on 6/6/19 • You will have the class time to complete your final (due by 10: 05 am) • Prompt will be given the day-of. • If you have done your work in this class, you are prepared for this final. • No make-ups will be given. • If you are absent on 6/6/19, you miss the final. • If you are late on 6/6/19, you will have less time to complete your final.
