Project Background Ø 3. 6 Acre Neighborhood park Ø Improvements in last 8 years Ø Playground equipment retrofit Ø Irrigation replacement Ø Basketball court resurfacing Ø Council Approved Budget: $540, 000 Ø 60% Town funds and 40% grant funds Ø Grant funds – Pathway ADA and Lighting Upgrades Ø Budget: Design, Construction, Staffing, Contingency

Project Goal Ø Maintain the charm of a local neighborhood park while providing pathway accessibility and lighting upgrades, maintaining infrastructure and providing neighborhood identified improvements as the budget will allow.
