Valley, Poncelet France-Russia joint laboratory, LIAMA (joint laboratory with Chinese Academy of Sciences) • 20 researchers and post-doc involved in the Communication and information Research and Innovation Center (CIRIC) in Chile, joint Center (Inria, Universities of Chile) • Since 2006, about 1000 foreign researchers have been welcomed in the research teams.
