Arthur C. Butler Vision Statement We are committed to delivering access to quality curriculum and engaging, effective instruction delivered in a safe and nurturing environment that embraces individuality.
Our Mission Statement We provide a very focused and highly academic educational experience designed to meet the individual learning needs of all students so they may attain grade level standards and beyond. Our mission is to provide the best possible education in the safest possible environment.
Our 2017 -2018 Site Goals ● 1. EXCELLENCE : Improving our CCSS aligned instruction through grade level and site wide PLCs. ● 2. ENVIRONMENT : Supporting our students with site-wide PBIS and Setting Limits ● 3. EQUITY: Improving our ability to deliver differentiated instruction based on data using EDI.
Our 2016 -2017 Accomplishments! � Held our annual Arthur Butler Science Fair in March (Thank you to Mrs. Tucker!) and had 6 students recognized at the district level! � SBAC scores up 20 points in ELA and 9 points in math! � 41 English Learners redesignated English Proficient � 80 Students inducted into our NEHS � Held our 1 st Family Writing Night � 188/448 intermediate students earned District Honor Roll with 3. 5 + GPA ! 114 students earned this every trimester

The Setting Limits Program • Provides teachers with a cohesive approach to guidance and discipline and the methods they need to be solidly in control of their classroom management. • Provides administrators and other school guidance providers with a cohesive set of operating procedures for developing an effective school-wide guidance and discipline plan. • Fully aligned with the standards set forth by the California State Department of Ed. (CSTP) • Meets provisions of RTI on all levels.

Even the smallest dog can trigger an allergy or frighten one of our children.
Traffic/Arrival/Dismissal Info. ● Please drive slowly and carefully to and from school – our priority is keeping our children safe! ● Please be kind neighbors to those who live by our school, and do not block or park in their driveways, park on their lawns, or make U-turns in front of their homes.
