Introduction What is your personal concept of productivity tools? Which specific productivity tools in Office 365 do you have experience with, either for yourself or your students? What is your vision of how these tools can increase student engagement and collaboration between teachers? More specifically, how can collaboration among colleagues benefit creation of common assessments?
Survey Results Did you know that our Needs Assessment survey was created with Microsoft Forms? A benefit is that Forms automatically creates graphic representations for your survey results. The survey results can then be used to develop a plan to meet the needs of students or teachers.
Basic Office 365 Navigation • Basic Office 365 Navigation includes accessing Outlook, One. Drive, Word, Excel, Power. Point, Share. Point, Teams, Class Notebook, Sway, and Forms. • Our first presentation will focus on One. Note, including notebooks, tabs, and pages for subject area or grade level, including long term projects. • The second presentation will involve using Forms to create quizzes, surveys, and polls to create an authentic learning experience for your students. • Participants will then have a chance to ask questions and explore on their own.
