The college lifestyle of staying up late and celebrating contributes to weight gain. Many reported the dramatic increase in alcohol contributed to weight gain as well as a lack of knowledge of how to plan and prepare well balanced meals as part o the problem. -College aged females were more likely to use physical activity compared to eating better in order to reach their goal weights -There is a correlation to a higher BMI and higher binge eating habits
