What’s Going On • Mid-term Goals Review/Updates – Time to reconcile start of year goals with realities of the lab’s budget, programmatic direction(s), etc. – Received from all - Thanks • FTL – Due to holiday on Monday, not due until Tuesday – From Marie: “ 1) Timecards will be due in FTL for monthly employees on Tuesday, May 26 at 10: 00 (note: NOT Friday May 22, although as usual, it is perfectly fine and encouraged for employees to get their timecards submitted on Friday). 4) As an fyi, 8 hours of time will be pre-entered in the system for the holiday on Monday May 25. Employees should NOT copy a timecard from another week forward to that week, as it WILL override the holiday. As approvers, you should be verifying this on the timecards you approve. If an employee works on the holiday, they should keep the 8 hours of holiday time plus put in their actual hours worked. ” May 22, 2009 J. Tompkins 3
