Who/how were people saved on the Titanic? Read the website and answer the questions below. 1. How many passengers were on the Titanic altogether? 2. How many were saved? 3. What was the date when they spotted the iceberg? 4. What could they have used to spot the iceberg sooner? 5. What happened as the ship scraped the iceberg? 6. What were the names of the small boats some of the passengers got to go on? 7. How many lifeboats did the Titanic have? 8. Were there enough lifeboats? 9. What was the name of the other boat that came to save the passengers in the lifeboats? 10. Where did the Carpathia take the survivors to?
