The plan is to provide two workshops in 2011, one in Northern California January 20 -21, and one in Southern California January 24 -25. Northern California: Holiday Inn and Suites, Oakland Airport Southern California: Doubletree Hotel, Ontario Airport a one-day follow-up session in both Northern & Southern CA will be scheduled. How may people will attend each workshop? 40 in each workshop How many may attend from each organization? • We welcome multiple staff from a single library. Who is the target audience? • anyone who wants to enhance their leadership skills to make a better contribution to their library and t their community, • leading from any position means any enthusiastic person is welcome What are the workshop fees? • $75 person, covers 3 days of workshop + lodging + food = a real bargain (continental breakfast and lunch for all three days - dinner on your own) Who are the workshop leaders?
