We are taking part in. . . Rafiki Relay for Education – Cairo to Cape Town! From the 26 th April our students and staff will walk, run, cycle or swim to improve fitness and well-being, learn about Africa and have fundraising! Our combined distance will be added to the collective effort of all Relay participants, and over a 6 week period we can follow this collective progress live on the Relay challenge platform – where we will also enjoy learning about 12 landmark milestones of outstanding beauty and interest as we make our way through the African continent together! The students have seen a presentation in assembly this week and more information will follow – for now we encourage our students to rally support for their fundraising pages! Oxfordshire based charity Rafiki Thabo Foundation are inviting us to take part for free with a pledge to support them through fundraising – parents and families are welcome to enter as well – see their website!
