Way to Pay School Fee of St Thomas School 1. Lotza UPI Mobile Application. 2. Federal Bank Payment System.

Payment through Mobile App

1. From your Play Store (for android) search for ‘Bhim Lotza UPI Payment App’ 2. For other application download the same form the respective store 3. Install and open the BHIM LOTZA UPI PAYMENT APP 4. Add your bank account for payment.

1. Click on ‘GET STARTED’ after checking the box for terms and conditions.

1. Kindly give necessary permission for the application. 2. Choose the SIM Card for verification of your mobile number 3. Choose the SIM Card for which the mobile number is mapped with your bank account. 4. The app will automatically send an SMS and verify your mobile number. 5. Click on proceed for creating your profile for you.

1. Give your Name, Email ID as shown in the pic. 2. Provide the 4 digit login Password. 3. This Password is only for LOTZA APP and not the bank account UPI password.

1. Choose the security question form drop down list and respective answer to complete your profile. 2. Click on Create.

1. Either the home screen will show or it will take you to choose the bank name for adding up an bank account. 2. On the home screen Click on ‘more’ as circled.

1. Click on Manage Accounts 2. If you have a Federal Bank account it will automatically show in the list.

1. Click on the Tab as circled in red. 2. Option to add account will appear. 1. Click on ‘Add a Bank Account to this Virtual ID. 2. Option to choose the bank will appear.

1. Choose your Bank form the list. 2. Make sure that the mobile number chosen in the beginning for verification should be mapped with your chosen bank name.

1. Click on the check box to choose the bank account as ciicled. 2. Click on Add Account.

1. Click on ‘Got It’ to set your UPI pin. 2. The number of digit for UPI pin may vary as per your bank requirement.

1. Give the last six digit of your ATM card and expire detail of your chosen bank. 2. Click on NEXT. 3. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number.

1. Enter the OTP received on your mobile. 2. Set the UPI PIN. 3. Reconfirm the UPI PIN. 4. Click on the Tik Sign below.

1. Your Bank account ready to use. 2. This is an one time process and now it is just a click away to pay your school fee. 3. Click on ‘Go to Home’

Choose School Fee for payment

Select MORE INSTITUTIONS to choose your school name

1. Select the location of the school as Ranchi. 2. Choose St Thomas School Ranchi (KSR) from dropdown list. 3. Click on Proceed for payment of your child.

Enter the student ID of your chlild and proceed for payment of a particular month.

1. Your Fee detail will be displayed. 2. You may click on Fee Detail for bifurcation of total fee. 3. Click on proceed for payment.

1. Choose the Bank account if two or more accounts are added for payment. 2. Click on ‘Confirm Payment’ 3. Complete the payment

Federal Bank Payment System • Go to the website address ‘https: //epay. federalbank. co. in’ • A web page will open as shown below. Click on ‘New User? ’ as circled in the pic. • This is only for one time registration.

1. Fill the required field to create your one time login ID and Password. 2. Kindly use 91 for country code in India before 10 digit mobile number. Click on ‘SUBMIT’. An OTP will come to your mobile number and email ID provided by you.

Provide the ‘One Time Password’ and click on ‘submit’ again.

Click on ‘ok’.

Now login with you user ID and password at ‘https: //epay. federalbank. co. in’ Click on ‘sign in’ after inserting the User Name and Password.

Click on ‘Add Payee’ under Payee Head.

1. Select St Thomas School Ranchi (STRD) 2. Insert the desired student ID. 3. For Example 001/18 4. Click on Continue

1. Name and other detail of the student will be displayed. 2. Click on ‘confirm ‘ if the detail is correct. 3. Student detail will be added in the payee list. 4. All these are only one time process.

1. It is now ready to proceed for payment for the added student. 2. You can add two or more number of student for payment through same process. 3. Click of ‘Proceed’ to start the payment.

1. Select the month as shown by the small circle for payment. 2. Click on Pay Bills for the next screen.

1. Click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ after checking the total amount displayed on the screen.

1. Choose the mode of payment. 2. ‘Fednet’ is Federal Bank Internet Banking. 3. ‘Credit/Debit Card’ is for making payment through using your Debit/Credit Card. 4. ‘Other Net Banking’ is for making payment through internet banking other than that of Federal Bank. 5. Click on ‘Continue’ after choosing one of the option. 1. Complete the Payment and it is done. 2. You may check the detail of payments done

1. Click on Payment History Under Payments on home screen to know your previous payments.

Charges for making Payments Through- 1. Lotza App - NIL 2. Federal Bank internet Banking - NIL 3. Federal Bank Mobile Banking - NIL 4. For All debit Card/other net banking- Rs. 15/payment. 5. For All Credit Card - 1% of Transaction amount/payment.
