Employment Pipeline: • The Employment Pipeline is an employment and training program administered by

Employment Pipeline: • The Employment Pipeline is an employment and training program administered by the Community Services Division of ESA which is offered in several areas throughout Washington state. • Program navigators work to maximize and leverage DSHS benefits that participants are eligible for, such as: referrals to he local workforce development system, and other local services and supports that participants may need in order to be ready to get and keep a job. • After a participant becomes employed, Navigators provide job retention services for one year. This support and retention service is a unique feature of the program. 19
