Brainstorm Think about one change you would like to see. This becomes your “WHY? ” This is how we will figure out how to accomplish this. We will start looking at how different foods affect our body.

Goals 1) Define health for yourself. 2) Understand the effect on our hormones. 3) Discover how your body reacts to certain foods. 4) Get in touch with our feelings about food.
