How the Process Works • Once a claim is made a PEX Score is assigned to each client, this helps the Department determine the Probability of Exit from the Live Register • The Group Information Session is the first step in a process through which we will help clients to get employment. • This session explains the process and provides some information on the services and supports that we offer Next steps § 1 to 1 appointment with a Case Officer/Mediator § Agree a Personal Progression Plan § Regular review meetings § Clients must attend all appointments – Persistent Failure to attend can lead to Penalty Rates and/or Suspension of Payment.
