STEPS TO BECOMING A SCHOOL VOLUNTEER. SLIDESMANIA. COM

Step 1: ● Visit DDCUS. ORG ● Select “Volunteer Information” under the PARENT TAB on the menu. ● Click on the hyperlink found under step 1. (You will be redirected to complete the volunteer registration form. ) SLIDESMANIA. COM

Step 2: ● Fill in the volunteer registration form. ● Select “NO” as the answer to “Have you already been cleared this school year? ” ● Select “LEVEL 1” for type of screening. ● Select “Submit. ” SLIDESMANIA. COM

Step 3: ● Select “Start Application. ” (An email containing the application link will also be sent to the email address used to complete the volunteer registration form. ) SLIDESMANIA. COM

Step 4: ● Complete all four parts of the application. q Welcome q Your Rights SLIDESMANIA. COM q Disclosure q Authorization

Step 5: ● You will receive a THANK YOU message as confirmation. SLIDESMANIA. COM

FAQ: ● 20 mandatory volunteer hours PER family. SLIDESMANIA. COM ● For the 2020 -2021 school year, hours will be waived. (All hours completed in the 2020 -2021 school year will roll over into the 2021 -2022 school year. )

School Wide Involvement -IPO. Join and participate in our International Parent Organization. Special school events: Hispanic Heritage, Brazilian Carnaval, And more! SLIDESMANIA. COM

Volunteers are encouraged to support and assist, reprimanding students should be left to instructional staff. No photographs or videos are allowed-even with the parent’s permission. SLIDESMANIA. COM Important, Non-negotiable details: No Phones should be used while volunteering on campus. Disrupting classes is not acceptable. Parents should only report to the location where they are scheduled to volunteer. Volunteers should not bring younger siblings to our school while volunteering, it is a liability.
