PHASE 3 - ACCESS: Convert WAV to MP 3 file for access. Produce a web site where users could search and play selected audio and view and print edited PDF transcripts. PHASE 4 – PRESERVATION: Preserve audio files for future use and set up an integrity checking system to avoid degradation over time
