Vocational High School of Veterinary Medicine, Dobrich is one of the three veterinary schools in Bulgaria. It is also the only one on the territory of Northeastern Bulgaria and enrolls students from 6 Bulgarian districts- Varna, Shoumen, Razgrad, Silistra, Targovishte and Dobrich.

Vocational High School of Veterinary Medicine was founded in 1974 and in its 37 years history over 3000 students has finished their secondary education in it, with a professional degree qualification in the field of: -- veterinary technician -- veterinary laboratory assistant -- rural tourism

The school provides rich facilities for its students: - 18 classrooms - 5 specialized laboratories - 2 computer labs - a room for multimedia presentations - a professional training lab - a fitness hall - a school library - a training center in a farm - a school bus
