Broccoli is full of vitamins and minerals. It is green and firm. It has a thick stem with several growths sprouting out and forming what looks like a cross between flowers and cabbage heads. Most people eat these growths. Broccoli can be eaten raw, steamed, fried, or boiled. It can be frozen and cooked in the microwave. Broccoli James says: “Broccoli tastes bad. My mother puts broccoli in salads, and I have to pick it out because I don’t like it. When my mother cooks broccoli it smells up the whole house.
