Vlookup I had to start the vlookup sequence by typing in the code above. The Vlookup sequence is to allow the people to look up data in a spreadsheet. This will save people time and money. I have incorporated this into my spreadsheet so that I could save myself some time with my work also it boosts my grade because of my coding.

Drop down The drop down bar is designed so that it gives people the opportunity to select from the drop down bar and either re-enter or enter data. However there are limits in to what data can be entered as you can only choose from the dropdown bar. You cannot free write in information as the dropdown bar will not accept the information.

If statement The if statement will decide weather or not the student will receive a reward. The rewards are out of school trip, in school reward or no reward. This is a points in total over 100, the student will receive an out of school reward. If their points is over 50 but not over 100, the student will receive an interschool reward such as an art day or xbox and if the student is lower than 50 points then they receive no reward.

Absolute cell referencing The absolute cell referencing is for example the picture to the left, the difference between male and female students. The female students are in purple and the male students are in white.
