PRODUCT INTRODUCTION VITAGEN is a fermented milk drink made by fermenting good quality skim milk with probiotic cultures. Every bottle of VITAGEN is packed with billions of the world-class probiotic cultures, Lactobacillus acidophilus imported from world-renowned biotechnology laboratory of Chr. Hansen in Denmark. VITAGEN is produced by cultivating these live probiotic cultures in wholesome milk and blended with real fruit juice.
COMPANY INTRODUCTION • Malaysia Dairy Industries Private Limited began in 1963 as a joint venture between the Thio family and the Australian Dairy Produce Board. • Five years later, MDI became a locally- owned entity after the Thio family bought over the Australian interest in the company. • Establish in 1969, Malaysia Milk Sdn Bhd has become wholly-owned subsidiary of MDI with its own factory and office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. • Started operations in 1977 with the introduction of its first innovative product, a cultured milk drink called Vitagen. • Many other highly successful products soon followed under the Marigold brand - including Peel Fresh, HL Milk, Fresh milk and assorted milk drinks. • Today, the company has a wide range of products under its wings, including pasteurised fruit juice drinks, long-life milk and Asian drinks.

PRODUCT RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION Everyone, regardless of age, can drink Vitagen Pregnant or nursing women can consume it too. Yet, asthmatics and diabetics is advisable to consult their physicians before drinking. It cannot be given to babies below 12 months old.
At least a bottle daily to renew the good bacteria in the digestive system. The ideal time to drink it is half an hour after meals. Once the bottle is open, it is recommended to be consumed within 2 -3 hours. Always keep Vitagen in the refrigerator within 23 hours after purchasing.
