Conclusion n Although some of the highly productive authors had a larger co-authorship network

Conclusion n Although some of the highly productive authors had a larger co-authorship network and are at the center of coauthorship clusters, a number of single-author publications were heavily cited. n Top five disciplines that contribute to information retrieval are computer science, library and information science, engineering, telecommunications, and management.
