It’s at this important meeting the contract is reviewed and signed. Roles and responsibilities are outlined. This gives the Mentees the opportunity to shadow the Mentors and learn from them all along the way. Roles & Responsibilities The success of the On Track Program relies on a team approach. Each team member’s commitment is critical. Each role has clearly defined responsibilities that are outlined in the program and in the On Track Travel Guide. Recognition and Rewards We recognize how important Mentors are to the business. Mentors will receive a Mentee referral fee for the first two transactions (on business closed within 12 months). Additionally, Weichert will provide a reward of $250 to the Mentor for every Mentee that successfully completes Fast Track 1, 2 and the On Track Travel Guide. Even before the Mentee gets a transaction, Mentors can earn an extra reward as long as the Mentee completes all training within six months. There’s more. . . If the Mentee completes all the training, the Mentor will receive a Company Bonus (determined by region) at the Mentee’s next transaction (on business closed within 12 months). Manager and Lead Mentor match Mentors with Mentees Ensuring the Mentor and Mentee are off to a good start begins with matching them and making appropriate introductions so both people feel comfortable with the relationship.
