The vision statement should be agreed by all board of directors and stakeholders and transposed to the whole organisation. Mission: How they plan to achieve the organisational vision. The actions taken in achievable measures and helps to clarify the practical aspects of what the organisation will actually do. Values: The underpinning aspects that influence everything an organisation does as well as relationships with stakeholders and the company’s reputation.
